Tulsa won the Conference USA title and has momentum heading into this game. Iowa State has no momentum. the Cyclones lost five of their last seven games to finish the year 6-6. It is always interesting to see an upper echelon non-AQ team take on an average team from an AQ conference. That's exactly what we have in the Liberty Bowl. These teams opened the year against each other and now they will end the year against each other. Iowa State won the opener, and I see history repeating itself.
