NC State (-2.5) vs. Louisville
I thought NC State was going to contend in the ACC this season. They got off to a dreadful start that included just 2 wins over FCS programs in their first 5 games. They came on late though, and even blew out the ACC-Champion Clemson Tigers. They are playing some pretty good football at the moment. Louisville overachieved this season and finished as co-champs of the Big East. Because of the 3-way tie the tiebreaker went to highest BCS ranking, which eliminated Louisville from BCS consideration. That doesn't diminish the accomplishments of the Cardinals this season. This should be a very tight game.
