18 Utah St. (-10.5) vs. Toledo
Utah State has had a special season as they have climbed all the way to #18 in the final Ringer Poll. The Aggies boast a 10-2 record with those two losses coming by a combined five points to Wisconsin and BYU. Utah State did win out in the WAC to claim the conference title. They face the Toledo Rockets, who have used an explosive offense to finish the season 9-3. Toledo is looking to win bowl games in consecutive years for the 1st time since 1970 and 1971. Utah State has a stout defense that will need to slow down a Toledo team who was also ranked at one point this season.
