The Cleveland Cavaliers looked to have maybe turned their luck around. Less than a year after LeBron James flipped the franchise upside down by deciding to take his talents to South Beach, the Cavaliers won the Draft Lottery and will pick first overall. All signs point towards Kyrie Irving being the Cavs’ most highly touted draft pick since LeBron. Cleveland will also pick fourth overall. Who will the Cavs take?
