(25 UCF +6.5 vs. Georgia
Central Florida heads into the Liberty Bowl searching for the first bowl victory in the program's history. They have made tremendous strides in recent years and come into today's matchup ranked in the top 25. The Knights square off against a Georgia team that had a down year. Mark Richt's club went just 6-6, though they played much better down the stretch. The Bulldogs have a storied history that is drastically different from that of UCF. Georgia ranks fourth in FBS history with 26 bowl wins. UCF hangs its hat on playing sound defense and rushing the ball offensively. They haven't faced an offense as talented as Georgia's all season though. Despite the 6-6 record, QB Aaron Murray had a nice season and it only got better once All-American AJ Green returned to eligibility. Expect the Knights to battle, but come up just short of their first bowl win.
