This past weekend could have possibly been the greatest Saturday in the history of college football. Arguably the two best rivalries in the sport, both played all-time great games. It started with The Ohio State University beating Michigan in The Big House. An undermanned Michigan squad took an early lead and looked primed for an upset. The Buckeyes battled back and held a 14-point 4th quarter lead. Michigan answered by scoring two late TDs and deciding to try to win the game in regulation with a 2-point conversion attempt. Ohio State picked it off and the game of the year was settled. But then the Iron Bowl trumped it. I don't need to tell you what happened because by now you've seen the 109-yard missed FG return for a TD. This was the greatest finish I have ever seen. That leaves plenty of debate over who should play for the BCS National Championship Game. The Ringer Poll is what we use here.
